My experience so far with Julianne has been amazing. I used to view 'bad food' as something I should totally avoid and in the past I would completely restrict myself in order to lose weight and still didn't feel confident. She taught me how I can enjoy my meals out at the weekend and treats during the week and still see results.

However the programme has not only been about the results on the scale – I have become a better version of myself and this has reflected in my relationships and in my career as I am now learning to take on projects and life learning experiences. There is something about weight training in the morning that makes you feel you can conquer anything that day.

Julianne is such a lovely person and so approachable if you have any issues with the programme. Julianne is there to keep you on track and will tailor the programme to suit your life at any given time.

I have the healthiest relationship with food and lifestyle I have had in all my life. I still go and do all the things I like to do, eat with friends, go for nights out — but with help from Julianne it's not an all-or-nothing mindset. I don't feel like I have to 'earn' food or get back at it the next day.
